The Studio is a gorgeous space and fully fitted with all that is needed to have an exceptionally comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine and there is a cosy dining area for two. The sleeping area has a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens. The good-size bathroom has a shower, sink, WC and electric towel rail. To top it all off, the private patio overlooks the back garden and gets the afternoon and early evening sun! Our Studio is perfect for adventurers who would like a comfortable base from which to explore all that Guernsey has to offer.

Both Lihou Apartment & Jethou Apartment have a FRIDAY arrival day and each sleeps 3.
These duplex apartments are on two levels and accessed via an external staircase. The front door opens into the first-floor living room. Lihou has an open-plan living room and kitchen. Jethou has a separate kitchen to the living room. The decor in both apartments is fresh and light, with windows overlooking the raised garden. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. Both apartments are centrally heated and with good WiFi.
Lihou Apartment has a travertine bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Jethou Apartment has a walk-in shower. The master bedrooms have a king-size bed, with the second bedrooms each have 1 x single bed.

L'Ancresse Apartment is a ground-floor apartment (with an external step to enter the foyer). Once entering the apartment, there is a small cloakroom with WC and shower to the side. A glazed door leads to the bright living room, from which the kitchen and bedrooms are accessed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds.

Our classic cottages have a good-size living room with dining area downstairs, together with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Some bathrooms have a standalone shower and others have a bath with an overhead shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with the master bedroom having a king-size bed and the twin bedrooms having two single beds. The classic cottages have an outdoor space in which to enjoy the sunshine and a spot of al fresco eating - with the shared terrace to the rear enjoying the morning sunshine and the small gardens to the front enjoying the afternoon and evening light.

This lovely cottage was fully refurbished in 2021 and has a spacious living room that leads to a private outdoor terrace overlooking the back garden, with a built-in BBQ and table and chairs. Guests will enjoy the Superior package, which includes upgraded welcome pack, luxury toiletries and a TV in the twin bedroom. It is popular with guests who have mobility issues, or those with young families who want to watch children running around the garden, whilst pottering in the cottage, or on the Terrace.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and doors leading to the terrace. The twin bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Whilst the Ellingham Cottages predominantly offers weekly stays with a set arrival day, there is sometimes availability for a non-standard stay length, or for a different arrival day. Usually, such stays are in a two-bedroom classic cottage, but your booking may be moved to another cottage type at our St Martins complex, depending on availability. Sleeps 4 (although could be upgraded to a three-bedroom property).

Our three-bedroom apartment is on the first floor (accessed by a flight of stairs by the front door). The open-plan kitchen/dining area and living room makes for a sociable place to relax with family and friends. There is both a cloakroom with sink and WC, plus a full bathroom with a bath and standalone shower.
The three bedrooms are spacious, with the master bedroom having a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms each arranged as a twin room with two single beds. The rear windows of the apartment overlook the garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super-king bed, plus an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, whilst the third bedroom is a spacious twin room with 2 x single beds. The family bathroom has a large shower. There is a small patio with a table and chairs to the front.
